I have a late 2008 macbook aluminum unibody. Of late I am getting a 'Service Battery' message. The profiler shows that batter has completed 254 charge cycles. Please advice ?

If my battery life is getting lower and lower, can I get my iPod replaced with a new one with the guaranty?
Bought my iPod 10months ago, now the battery life is really bad!!! I need to know if I can get it replaced with the guaranty! Thanks :)

My 4th gen Ipod nano keeps getting stuck on the apple logo.
My 4th gen Ipod Nano keeps getting stuck on the Apple logo screen, this happens everytime I plug it in to charge. I plug it in, an apple logo comes up, and it stays like that the entire time its plugged in. To get it to unfreeze, i have to press random buttons and unplug and re plug in earbuds. After 20-25min of doing this it unfreezes and I come to find it has gotten little to no charge after being plugged in for hours at a time. Any one else have this problem, and if so what do you do?

iPod batteries are getting weak after a period of non-use.
10 weeks ago I lost my iPod and I got it today. Battery is very poor. What I can do to improve it?
