I use my ipod normally: games, apps, wifi... Some weeks ago my baterry life came very bad, 6 hours and now only 4 i have ios 7.0.2. Sorry for my english. Please help

Something is really wrong with my Macbook Pro battery
First I thought it took a lot of time to recharge (2:15) ( and I was right). But......And now after it is fully charged it is giving me poor performence like : Dropping from 100% to 97% first. And I don't know why. It is just a couple of months old.
Full specs:
Macbook Pro 2.9 GHZ 13 Inch (not retina) (Late 2012).
Most of the time I am just surfing the web with Only Google Chrome.

Is there something wrong with my Macbook Pro's battery?
I have just gotten my macbook pro three months prior and all of a sudden the battery won't last as long anymore. At 90% is says it is estimated to only last 2 hours and 30 minutes. Do I need to have my computer checked out?

Wrong battery indication
Recently, I noticed a problem on my Ipod Touch 4. After I played the remaining 25% of the charge, after 10 minutes charge is displayed 45%
What if wrong, how i can fix it?

24 Cycles already in a month!!(13 in MBP mid 2012's) mAh already at 5591... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?!! PLEASE HELP!!!
Ok hi im having problems with my MBP!!!
soooo apple says macbooks go on for 7 hours..so that means at 100% you have 7 hours. I am on 55% currently, not charging or anything, no applications running except safari, my battery conditions are normal apparently but the 55% im on says i only have 4 hours remaning. everytime i charge it to 100% i stop charging at it automatically goes down to 99%...
my mAH is already at 5591.... i have had this macbook for 1 month and 4 days exactly to this day.
I have had 24 cycles already.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME / TELL ME WHATS GOING ON
apple chat is no help at all! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE SEEN!
