Is this normal: MBA Mid2012 Battery Health down to 80% @ 184 cycles and 24 weeks usage?

MBA Mid2012 Battery Health down to 80% @ 184 cycles and 24 weeks usage. Is this normal? Also, when I drain down to less than 5% battery indicator tells me to service battery. Should I be alarmed and have it serviced/have the batteries replaced?

macbook pro 15 (mid-2012) battery reset made charge worse

I have always had perceived battery issues with my MacBook Pro 15 (mid-2010) compared to the advertised life.  Never more than 3.5-4 hours.

However, I recently followed the instructions on Apple page for "Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)".    Follow them exactly- suggested rest times after charge, 5 hour wait time while discharged, etc,. etc.

However, upon doing this the battery life shortened even further immediately.    Now I'm getting 2.75 hours at best.    Now, logically I don't think this is a battery cell thing else I would have been getting 45min-1hr more time just before doing the reset and previous 2 years.

So...  I did the full SMC reset again just to make sure.  Nothing.  Still getting drainage on the clock from the beginning.   100% to 96% withing 2-3 minutes.  Down to red 13% withing 2 hours.    No flash video watching.  Just the same MO of usage and activity I did before the reset where I got better battery life (but thought was poor).

Question1: what gives?

Q2: anything to do now to really fix it - at least back to life I had yesterday and before?

Q3: dont want to shell out $175 for anoth battery right now but this is ridiculous.  <3 hours is almost not usable when in the field. And the 4hrs I only ever got before is still WAY BELOW the original advertised life of 8-9+hours    Will putting in a new battery even make things better than 4 hours?

Q4:  was my regular usage on the AC adapter to possibly blame for the poor life out of the box?
