my ipod has gone to a white screen with nothing but a black pixelated image of battery and play symbol.....
Something has happened to my ipod whilst it was on my ipod dock.
Im not sure exactly what happened it but has appears to have frozen with a very badly (or simple) black pixilated image of a battery symbol, the play symbol and time of '12.15' on it and all of this on white background. This happen a few weeks ago.
i thought i would try and let my battery flatten and try and re-charge and even restoring it again via my computer but the battery has not flattened yet
Im not sure what this means an dont know what to do next. Please help. Thank you

Macbook screen goes black for a few seconds then reappears fine
The last two days my macbook screen has gone black for a few seconds then reappeared a few seconds later. Its as if it goes to sleep for a few seconds. The two times it has done this it has been charging. I have checked for hotspots but i have not activated any. I only bought the macbook air two months ago and have been really careful with it so i am confused.
any help? Please?

Why is there black stuff in my MagSafe power and MagSafe power connector?
I just got a brand new MacBook pro 13'' recently and I just realized there's seems to be black stuff in both my MagSafe power and connector and I have no Idea why and if or how I should clean it or what I would even clean it with? I have also noticed my battery doesn't last what it should. I checked my the activity monitor for high CPU's, my brightness is always on 50%, and the laptop is sufficiently charged when I begin to use it. Help?!
