Unable to power on Macbook after disconnecting from external monitor. After disconnecting, it completely stopped responding. Power supply good, and magsafe light is bright green, but no pulsing white "on" light.
I disconnected battery, reinserted it, then plugged back up and symptoms are unchanged...is it dead forever?

Help! I just realized that my MacBook Pro running on Mountain Lion 10.8.2 battery percentage instantly dropped from 100% to 88% right after disconnecting the charger. It's been 333 cycles, age 25months, and 88% battery health. Is it normal for the percentage to drop all the way down to 88 just right after unpluging the charger?
