I have verified account through Appleid and removed held visa details as suggested by Support. I can still download free apps etc. I still receive the same error message ....

I am really disappointed about apple declining this request. They told me that the iPod is functioning properly which is clearly not true! I tested again today and I am still getting problems. If I don't get this fixed, apple will be losing a customer which had bought nearly every generation of iPod touch. Someone please help, it's not fair as this problem Is covered under my AppleCare warranty
