Major battery drain.

For the past 2 months, my 4th Gen iPod Touch (8GB) has been losing battery life ridiculously quickly.

When I first purchased this iTouch from my friend a year ago (still in practically perfect condition, no scratches or anything of the sort.) this device worked perfectly.
About a month later I decided to jailbreak it and installed minor applications such as SBSettings, Winterboard, and put on my own themes.
The iPod worked just as fine as before and did not seem to lose any more battery life any more quicker than when it wasn't jailbroken.
Up until 2 months ago, (estimating percentage) it was losing battery life more quicker every day and eventually stopped and was losing about 5% battery life every 30 seconds of using the device (Wifi off and simply scrolling through music or images, or the springboard in general.)

I decided to just get a full restore today and put back on several of my Apple apps & all audio, I did not jailbreak it again.

The iPod is still losing practically as much battery life as it was before I restored it, could anyone tell me what else I could possibly do from here?
